Currently, we are developing a made-to-measure customer portal called ToDo for a leading media agency.

The goal of the project is the creation of a web and mobile customer portal, a platform for all the communication, exchange of all the business data between Omnicom Media Group and clients, integration of internal systems, and other services.

First-class customer service

The ToDo application is an interface for Omnicom Media Group clients and serves as:

  • A place where the client quickly and easily gets information about the current stage of running campaigns and projects
  • A place for approval and confirmation of different documents – inquires (briefs), offers (media plans), billing and invoices
  • A universal storage of important documents which are a part of the job stream
  • A communication platform between Omnicom Media Group and its clients
